Overview

Candidates must be in Year 3 or above and have received the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  This year, the First Holy Communion program will run in conjunction with the First Reconciliation program.

Each Sacrament has an Information Evening for the parents of the candidates, which is held in St Kevin’s Church or via ZOOM video conferencing.

The candidates are also presented to the Parish in one of our weekend Masses, where they will be blessed by our community and hand in a photo form.

Candidates and parents to attend preparation lessons with our Sacramental Teacher in the Church.

First Communion candidates attend a separate Liturgy rehearsal.

Candidates are presented with a Certificate for each Sacrament they receive.
