Last Sunday, 21st May, our long-time parishioner and musician, Suzanne Maslen, received her Dempsey Medal at St Mary’s Cathedral, together with other recipients across the Archdiocese of Sydney. The Mass was presided by Auxiliary Bishop Richard Umbers. Also in attendance from our parish is Deacon Eddie Ho. Suzanne was joined by her family.

We can’t thank you enough. Our school has registered great success most especially in academic performance. We are very happy that we’ve been able to attract more learners.
Congratulations to the Congregation of St Michael the Archangel (CSMA) who had their Jubilee Celebration at Holy Spirit Catholic Church North Ryde last Saturday 28th January, 2023!
Last weekend, we welcomed Fr Peter Prusakiewicz CSMA in our parish. Fr Peter celebrated all the Sunday Masses and preached about St Michael and St Faustina. Fr Peter also held a Eucharistic Healing and Devotion at 3pm and blessed our new Divine Mercy image in the church.

What a night to remember!

Last Friday, 29th July 2022, we had the Ritual Mass for the Conferral of the Sacrament of Confirmation. We are very fortunate to have Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP confer our candidates. Fr Pawel Kopczynski, who concelebrated the Mass, expressed his gratitude to all those involved with the preparation of candidates, and to all the teachers and family members who joined the celebration.
On behalf of Fr Pawel Kopczynski, we thank the wonderful Dominican Sisters who led our Reflection and Reconciliation Evening for our Confirmation Candidates and their families last Wednesday, July 20. During the weekend, the menALIVE team will share about their lives, the challenges they face and the hope they have discovered in seeking to walk this journey with GOD.
Perhaps the most important thing the weekend offers is space for men to reflect and opportunities to share with one another about themselves and their lives.

It is good news once again, for the pupils, teachers and parents of Pere Achte Primary School in Uganda, that 4 classrooms have been renovated. The potholed floor, shabby walls and broken windows and doors are a history for the community. All this has been realized from the generosity of the Christian community and friends of St. Kevin Parish, Eastwood, Sydney in Australia.
