First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion (Combined Program)

Overview

Candidates should be in Year 3 or above and baptised Catholic. Reconciliation candidates are required to show proof of Baptism by providing a copy of their Baptism Certificate (unless they were baptised at St Kevin’s, Eastwood).

Each Sacrament has an Information Evening for the parents of the candidates held in the Church or via ZOOM video conferencing. Enrolments are done online via a link that will be made available after the information evening. The candidates are also presented to the Parish at one of our weekend Masses, where they will be blessed by our parish community. The candidates will be asked to hand in their photo form during the Presentation Mass.

Candidates and parents to attend preparation lessons with our Sacramental Teacher in the Church.

Candidates are presented with a Certificate for each Sacrament they receive.
